The clearest difference is ads: Drink Harbor Coffee at none against RibCrib's shown. Drink Harbor Coffee also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). RibCrib's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (12K vs 26). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for RibCrib against 5.0 for Drink Harbor Coffee. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RibCrib has 12K ratings behind it against 26, so its average is the more settled of the two.
