# FCSO vs Space Coast Launches

The clearest difference is rating: FCSO at 3.4 against Space Coast Launches's 2.3. FCSO also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). Space Coast Launches's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 28 months) and ratings volume (235 vs 9). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FCSO holds the better App Store score, 3.4 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Space Coast Launches has 235 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of FCSO's written reviews are positive against 14% of Space Coast Launches's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FCSO ships an update every 28 months, Space Coast Launches monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
