# FPT vs CC

The clearest difference is ads: CC at none against FPT's shown. CC also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 10 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FPT ships an update every 10 months, CC fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
