# HD WiFi vs IPLEX Image Share

The clearest difference is rating: IPLEX Image Share at 5.0 against HD WiFi's 2.2. HD WiFi's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (221 vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

IPLEX Image Share holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HD WiFi has 221 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 18% of HD WiFi's written reviews are positive against 0% of IPLEX Image Share's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

HD WiFi ships an update monthly, IPLEX Image Share every 11 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
