The clearest difference is update cadence: StarCycle at every 3 weeks against Fresh Faces Rx's every 3 months. Fresh Faces Rx's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Fresh Faces Rx ships an update every 3 months, StarCycle every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
