# AURA App vs Hear Boost PRO

AURA App and Hear Boost PRO both sit at 4.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 50% of Hear Boost PRO's written reviews are positive against 31% of AURA App's. AURA App's advantage is ratings volume (1K vs 31) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AURA App sells 18 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Hear Boost PRO sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.0 for AURA App against 4.2 for Hear Boost PRO. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AURA App has 1K ratings behind it against 31, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 31% of AURA App's written reviews are positive against 50% of Hear Boost PRO's.

AURA App ships an update fortnightly, Hear Boost PRO every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
