# Flotogram vs Pocket Director

The clearest difference is update cadence: Pocket Director at every 10 days against Flotogram's every 14 months. Flotogram's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flotogram sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Pocket Director sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flotogram ships an update every 14 months, Pocket Director every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
