# Blade City vs Evike.com

The clearest difference is rating: Blade City at 4.8 against Evike.com's 4.1. Blade City also leads on ratings volume (1.8K vs 65). Evike.com's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (78% vs 63%). On price, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Blade City holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Blade City has 1.8K ratings behind it against 65, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of Blade City's written reviews are positive against 78% of Evike.com's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Blade City ships an update monthly, Evike.com every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
