# Al vs e

The clearest difference is rating: Al at 4.8 against e's 3.5. Al also leads on ratings volume (32 vs 2) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Al holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Al has 32 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Al ships an update monthly, e every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
