# Voice Coach vs Elocution+

The clearest difference is rating: Elocution+ at 5.0 against Voice Coach's 3.0. Elocution+ also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). Voice Coach's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 6 weeks) and ratings volume (6 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Voice Coach sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Elocution+ sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Elocution+ holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Voice Coach has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Voice Coach ships an update every 9 days, Elocution+ every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
