# Clockify Time Tracker vs EdgeServ POS

The clearest difference is update cadence: Clockify Time Tracker at every 3 weeks against EdgeServ POS's every 6 months. Clockify Time Tracker also leads on ratings volume (4.4K vs 32). EdgeServ POS's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EdgeServ POS holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Clockify Time Tracker has 4.4K ratings behind it against 32, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 49% and 50% positive.

Clockify Time Tracker ships an update every 3 weeks, EdgeServ POS every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
