# MP3 Converter vs Motifs

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MP3 Converter at 83% against Motifs's 24%. MP3 Converter also leads on rating (4.7 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (49K vs 2). Motifs's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MP3 Converter sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.49 per month and Motifs sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MP3 Converter holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MP3 Converter has 49K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 83% of MP3 Converter's written reviews are positive against 24% of Motifs's.

MP3 Converter ships an update every 5 weeks, Motifs every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 8, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
