# SYMA FLY vs VTI SkyTracker

The clearest difference is rating: VTI SkyTracker at 2.8 against SYMA FLY's 2.3. VTI SkyTracker also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). SYMA FLY's advantage is ratings volume (476 vs 72) and review sentiment (15% vs 5%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

VTI SkyTracker holds the better App Store score, 2.8 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SYMA FLY has 476 ratings behind it against 72, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of SYMA FLY's written reviews are positive against 5% of VTI SkyTracker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SYMA FLY ships an update every 2 months, VTI SkyTracker every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
