# GoHere vs Proximity

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: GoHere at none against Proximity's 1. Proximity's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Proximity sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. GoHere asks for nothing beyond the download.

GoHere ships an update every 3 months, Proximity every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
