# Slime Pizza vs High Octane!

The clearest difference is ads: Slime Pizza at none against High Octane!'s shown. Slime Pizza also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (240 vs 8). High Octane!'s advantage is rating (4.3 vs 3.9). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Slime Pizza sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and High Octane! sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

High Octane! holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Slime Pizza has 240 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 61% of Slime Pizza's written reviews are positive against 44% of High Octane!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Slime Pizza ships an update every 2 weeks, High Octane! every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
