# Spaceflight Simulator vs Scroll to Mars

The clearest difference is update cadence: Spaceflight Simulator at every 9 days against Scroll to Mars's every 6 weeks. Scroll to Mars's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Spaceflight Simulator sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Scroll to Mars sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Spaceflight Simulator ships an update every 9 days, Scroll to Mars every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
