# BJJ Master App by Grapplearts vs Ground CTRL

The clearest difference is rating: BJJ Master App by Grapplearts at 4.7 against Ground CTRL's 3.9. BJJ Master App by Grapplearts also leads on ratings volume (73 vs 7). Ground CTRL's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 82%) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BJJ Master App by Grapplearts sells 17 one-off in-app purchases and Ground CTRL sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BJJ Master App by Grapplearts holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BJJ Master App by Grapplearts has 73 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of BJJ Master App by Grapplearts's written reviews are positive against 100% of Ground CTRL's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BJJ Master App by Grapplearts ships an update every 3 weeks, Ground CTRL weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
