# ShopWSS vs Epic Perks

The clearest difference is rating: ShopWSS at 4.4 against Epic Perks's 3.0. ShopWSS also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (1.4K vs 4). Epic Perks's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ShopWSS holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ShopWSS has 1.4K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

ShopWSS ships an update every 3 weeks, Epic Perks every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
