# FDTpro vs Major Flex

The clearest difference is update cadence: Major Flex at every 2 months against FDTpro's every 8 months. FDTpro's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FDTpro ships an update every 8 months, Major Flex every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
