# Brilliant Smart Home System vs BarterFly

The clearest difference is update cadence: BarterFly at every 3 days against Brilliant Smart Home System's every 3 weeks. BarterFly also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Brilliant Smart Home System's advantage is ratings volume (2K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
