# ID vs ReQuest

The clearest difference is update cadence: ReQuest at every 8 days against ID's every 3 months. ID's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ID sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and ReQuest sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ID ships an update every 3 months, ReQuest every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
