# Rippple vs Eigabox

The clearest difference is rating: Rippple at 4.2 against Eigabox's 3.0. Rippple also leads on ratings volume (88 vs 2) and device support (3 vs 1). Eigabox's advantage is update cadence (every 11 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rippple sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Eigabox sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Rippple holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rippple has 88 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Rippple ships an update every 5 weeks, Eigabox every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
