# Nektar vs VSI Spray Control

The clearest difference is rating: VSI Spray Control at 4.7 against Nektar's 4.2. VSI Spray Control also leads on ratings volume (223 vs 6) and iOS requirement (13.6 vs 15.0). Nektar's advantage is review sentiment (60% vs 25%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

VSI Spray Control holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VSI Spray Control has 223 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Nektar's written reviews are positive against 25% of VSI Spray Control's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
