# Ringing Bell vs Lyrello

The clearest difference is rating: Lyrello at 5.0 against Ringing Bell's 3.3. Lyrello also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 months). Ringing Bell's advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ringing Bell sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year and Lyrello sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lyrello holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ringing Bell has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Ringing Bell ships an update every 3 months, Lyrello every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
