# OLEDX vs EdgeGra

OLEDX and EdgeGra both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 79% of EdgeGra's written reviews are positive against 49% of OLEDX's. EdgeGra also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 10 months). OLEDX's advantage is ratings volume (5.2K vs 65) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OLEDX sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and EdgeGra sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for OLEDX against 4.5 for EdgeGra. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OLEDX has 5.2K ratings behind it against 65, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 49% of OLEDX's written reviews are positive against 79% of EdgeGra's.

OLEDX ships an update every 10 months, EdgeGra every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
