# Pasotracker vs OSD Player

The clearest difference is rating: Pasotracker at 5.0 against OSD Player's 2.9. Pasotracker also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months). OSD Player's advantage is ratings volume (19 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pasotracker holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OSD Player has 19 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
