# 13! vs 13

The clearest difference is ads: 13! at none against 13's shown. 13! also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (8.4K vs 54). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 13! sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and 13 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

13 holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 13! has 8.4K ratings behind it against 54, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of 13!'s written reviews are positive against 17% of 13's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

13! ships an update every 10 days, 13 every 11 months. Both last shipped on November 2, 2026.
