# AR vs Cosmos

The clearest difference is update cadence: Cosmos at daily against AR's every 5 months. AR's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.1 vs 17.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AR ships an update every 5 months, Cosmos daily. Both last shipped on November 4, 2026.
