# Maqadhe vs Morgap

Maqadhe and Morgap both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Morgap's written reviews are positive against 41% of Maqadhe's. Morgap also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Maqadhe's advantage is ratings volume (3K vs 8). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for Maqadhe against 4.6 for Morgap. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Maqadhe has 3K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 41% of Maqadhe's written reviews are positive against 100% of Morgap's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
