# Maqadhe vs KARAZ

The clearest difference is rating: Maqadhe at 4.5 against KARAZ's 3.7. Maqadhe also leads on ratings volume (3K vs 80). KARAZ's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Maqadhe holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Maqadhe has 3K ratings behind it against 80, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of Maqadhe's written reviews are positive against 50% of KARAZ's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Maqadhe ships an update every 3 weeks, KARAZ fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
