# Reviver vs US Cryo

The clearest difference is rating: US Cryo at 5.0 against Reviver's 2.6. US Cryo also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Reviver's advantage is ratings volume (221 vs 2) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

US Cryo holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Reviver has 221 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Reviver ships an update fortnightly, US Cryo every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
