# Optix vs Heureka Mobile

Optix and Heureka Mobile both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Heureka Mobile's written reviews are positive against 67% of Optix's. Optix's advantage is ratings volume (162 vs 4) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Optix against 5.0 for Heureka Mobile. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Optix has 162 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 67% of Optix's written reviews are positive against 100% of Heureka Mobile's.

Optix ships an update monthly, Heureka Mobile every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
