# Model Now vs BBOTHEAPP

The clearest difference is rating: Model Now at 4.6 against BBOTHEAPP's 3.0. Model Now also leads on ratings volume (2.9K vs 4). BBOTHEAPP's advantage is review sentiment (71% vs 41%) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Model Now sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month and BBOTHEAPP sells 9 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Model Now holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Model Now has 2.9K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of Model Now's written reviews are positive against 71% of BBOTHEAPP's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Model Now ships an update monthly, BBOTHEAPP fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
