# BrickSearch Minifigure Scanner vs Eureka Desk

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Eureka Desk at 100% against BrickSearch Minifigure Scanner's 36%. Eureka Desk also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 6) and iOS requirement (9.2 vs 15.5). BrickSearch Minifigure Scanner's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 3.5) and ratings volume (2.3K vs 2). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BrickSearch Minifigure Scanner sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Eureka Desk asks for nothing beyond the download.

BrickSearch Minifigure Scanner holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BrickSearch Minifigure Scanner has 2.3K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of BrickSearch Minifigure Scanner's written reviews are positive against 100% of Eureka Desk's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
