# Coffee Recipe Notes vs COFFEE App

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Coffee Recipe Notes at 74% against COFFEE App's 28%. COFFEE App's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.0) and ads (none vs shown). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

COFFEE App holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 5 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of Coffee Recipe Notes's written reviews are positive against 28% of COFFEE App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Coffee Recipe Notes ships an update every 2 months, COFFEE App every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
