# NoCatch VPN vs Presto VPN

The clearest difference is ads: NoCatch VPN at none against Presto VPN's shown. NoCatch VPN also leads on ratings volume (1.3K vs 19) and device support (4 vs 1). Presto VPN's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.5). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NoCatch VPN sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $17.99 per 3 months and Presto VPN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Presto VPN holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NoCatch VPN has 1.3K ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
