# Float vs Nugget

The clearest difference is update cadence: Nugget at every 2 days against Float's monthly. Float's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 26.5). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Float ships an update monthly, Nugget every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
