# Anker Nebula vs Monster Remote

Anker Nebula and Monster Remote both sit at 4.3 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Monster Remote's written reviews are positive against 37% of Anker Nebula's. Monster Remote also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 5 weeks). Anker Nebula's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (2.1K vs 19). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Anker Nebula sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Monster Remote sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Monster Remote holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Anker Nebula has 2.1K ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 37% of Anker Nebula's written reviews are positive against 100% of Monster Remote's.

Anker Nebula ships an update every 5 weeks, Monster Remote every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
