# 栗子同学 vs ABC Reading

The clearest difference is rating: ABC Reading at 4.8 against 栗子同学's 1.0. ABC Reading also leads on ratings volume (765 vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 栗子同学 sells 41 one-off in-app purchases and ABC Reading sells 31 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ABC Reading holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ABC Reading has 765 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

栗子同学 ships an update every 2 months, ABC Reading fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
