# Terncy vs 网上国网

The clearest difference is rating: 网上国网 at 3.8 against Terncy's 3.0. 网上国网 also leads on ratings volume (321 vs 7) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

网上国网 holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 网上国网 has 321 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of Terncy's written reviews are positive against 17% of 网上国网's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Terncy ships an update every 5 weeks, 网上国网 every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
