# Baseball News vs DodgerBlue.com

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: DodgerBlue.com at none against Baseball News's 1. DodgerBlue.com also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (89% vs 60%). Baseball News's advantage is ratings volume (7.2K vs 159). On price, rating, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Baseball News sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. DodgerBlue.com asks for nothing beyond the download.

Baseball News holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Baseball News has 7.2K ratings behind it against 159, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Baseball News's written reviews are positive against 89% of DodgerBlue.com's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
