# Neighbor vs Leopard Catamarans

The clearest difference is rating: Neighbor at 4.7 against Leopard Catamarans's 4.0. Neighbor also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 34 months) and ratings volume (13K vs 2). Leopard Catamarans's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 35%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Neighbor holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Neighbor has 13K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 35% of Neighbor's written reviews are positive against 50% of Leopard Catamarans's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Neighbor ships an update every 2 weeks, Leopard Catamarans every 34 months. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
