# Wellcee vs 贝壳租房

The clearest difference is rating: Wellcee at 4.8 against 贝壳租房's 1.6. Wellcee also leads on ratings volume (618 vs 31). 贝壳租房's advantage is review sentiment (76% vs 64%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Wellcee holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 1.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wellcee has 618 ratings behind it against 31, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 64% of Wellcee's written reviews are positive against 76% of 贝壳租房's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
