# DoublePi vs Cuddle

The clearest difference is rating: DoublePi at 5.0 against Cuddle's 3.9. Cuddle's advantage is ratings volume (206 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DoublePi sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and Cuddle sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DoublePi holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cuddle has 206 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

DoublePi ships an update every 3 weeks, Cuddle every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
