# Magic Needle vs Stash Hub

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Stash Hub at 96% against Magic Needle's 55%. Stash Hub also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.4) and update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly). Magic Needle's advantage is ratings volume (1.1K vs 98). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Magic Needle sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and Stash Hub sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
