# Classplus vs Educate

Classplus and Educate both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 72% of Classplus's written reviews are positive against 30% of Educate's. Classplus also leads on ratings volume (967 vs 6). Educate's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Classplus against 4.7 for Educate. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Classplus has 967 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 72% of Classplus's written reviews are positive against 30% of Educate's.

Classplus ships an update every 2 months, Educate fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
