# Veee+ vs U

The clearest difference is ads: Veee+ at none against U's shown. Veee+ also leads on ratings volume (4.7K vs 198) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). U's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (70% vs 56%). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Veee+ sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $10.49 per 3 months and U sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Veee+ holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Veee+ has 4.7K ratings behind it against 198, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of Veee+'s written reviews are positive against 70% of U's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Veee+ ships an update every 2 months, U fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
