# STIB vs Gliize

The clearest difference is rating: STIB at 4.3 against Gliize's 3.8. STIB also leads on update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (360 vs 10). Gliize's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 17%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

STIB holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: STIB has 360 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 17% of STIB's written reviews are positive against 50% of Gliize's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

STIB ships an update every 4 weeks, Gliize every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
