# Bugko vs Biblioplex

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Bugko at none against Biblioplex's 6. Bugko also leads on ratings volume (89 vs 2) and device support (3 vs 1). Biblioplex's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, rating and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Biblioplex sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Bugko asks for nothing beyond the download.

Biblioplex holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bugko has 89 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Bugko ships an update every 2 weeks, Biblioplex every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
