# Measure Your Face Instantly vs Think Shape

The clearest difference is rating: Measure Your Face Instantly at 3.9 against Think Shape's 3.0. Measure Your Face Instantly also leads on ratings volume (407 vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). Think Shape's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 9 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Measure Your Face Instantly sells 9 one-off in-app purchases and Think Shape sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Measure Your Face Instantly holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Measure Your Face Instantly has 407 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of Measure Your Face Instantly's written reviews are positive against 79% of Think Shape's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Measure Your Face Instantly ships an update every 9 months, Think Shape every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
